The Cagliari Public Prosecutor's Office has given the go-ahead for the return of Angelo Frigeri's body . The family members of the man, who died in Uta prison on the eve of last Easter, will already have the body tomorrow. Frigeri, 40, was serving a life sentence for the massacre of the Azzena family (events that took place in Tempio in May 2014) and, according to the investigations, took his own life using a rope made from shoe laces .

The go-ahead comes several weeks after the autopsy, the investigations (the hypothesis is instigation to suicide) aim to reconstruct the last hours of the man's life. The activity of the Cagliari Public Prosecutor's Office is somehow connected to the investigation, conducted by the DDA, into the escape from Badu 'e Carros of the Apulian boss, Marco Raduano . Frigeri was transferred to Uta from the Nuoro penitentiary following the sensational escape of Raduano. It must also be said that there was no dispute against Frigeri, at least formalised.

The lawyer of the family of the man who committed suicide, the lawyer Giancarlo Frongia, asked the Cagliari prosecutor's office to acquire documents on Frigeri's psycho-physical conditions, before and after the transfer to Uta. The funeral will be celebrated privately in Tempio, where the burial will take place.
