Untraceable fish products in the sushi preparation department of a Cagliari deli. This is what the Nas carabinieri discovered, who seized 7 kilos of fish for a commercial value of about 400 euros .

During the check, the Nas men ascertained that the procedure relating to the lowering of temperature had not been respected for the seized fish, contemplated in relation to the need to avoid possible infestation by Anisakis and as required by the regulations.

The health authority has also been informed in Cagliari .
