The 14-year-old arrested for stabbing a 15-year-old classmate in the neck outside the Sergio Atzeni school in Capoterra remains in prison .

The judge of the Cagliari Juvenile Court validated the arrest of the young man, accused of attempted murder and detained in the Quartucciu juvenile institution.

The boy made spontaneous statements but made use of the right not to respond "because he was not in a position to do so" , reported defense lawyer Piergiorgio Piroddi.

The 14-year-old would have spoken of a "suffering" suffered before the day of the attack , probably relating it to episodes of bullying.

The teenager's father in an interview with our newspaper yesterday stated that his son had been a victim of bullying. He spoke of a boy "who has always suffered a lot", saying that "behind that gesture there is nothing other than exasperation at having been mocked and denigrated" .

Meanwhile, good news arrives from Brotzu: the injured 15-year-old is officially out of danger , the doctors have resolved the prognosis and transferred him to the Cardiac Surgery department. The teenager spent a peaceful night, as we learn from his family's lawyer, Patrizio Rovelli.

The same family also wanted to send a "moving and special thank you" to the Cardiology doctors at the Brotzu hospital who saved his life by stopping a hemorrhage that could have been lethal . "Great gratitude for the timely and courageous intervention" also goes to the teacher who provided first aid to the boy immediately after he was injured.
