Stabbed during a house party in Siniscola, the attacker confesses
The arrested 21-year-old defends himself and accuses the injured man: "He had attacked me"
He confessed that he was the one who stabbed Gianluca Dalu, 28, in the back during a house party in La Caletta (Siniscola). The young man, Daniele Mura, 21 years old, with no criminal record, was arrested by the police and assumed his responsibilities.
To the military, assisted by his lawyer Giuseppe Casu, he specified that he had launched the blow as a reaction to an attack he had suffered from Dalu. Now, on charges of attempted murder, he has been taken to the Badu 'e Carros prison in Nuoro to await the validation hearing by the investigating judge.
Mura had been identified at dawn following the testimonies of some participants at the house party. When questioned by the police, he also gave directions on where to recover the kitchen knife used in the attack, but the weapon has not yet been found.
Dalu, meanwhile, is hospitalized in Sassari where he underwent delicate surgery due to his injuries.
