A 92-year-old man was reported to you by the Carabinieri of the Silanus Station and those of the Nuoro Labor Inspectorate for undue receipt of public funds.
According to the investigations, also conducted with the help of databases, the man, since August 2021, has received the inclusion allowance for over 21 thousand euros without being entitled to it . Or rather, he no longer had the right to it, having lost it after having "residence abroad for periods exceeding 29 days".
For the restitution of the sums, the Carabinieri announced, "the competent offices of the INPS have been involved. The criminal proceedings against the suspect are still pending in the preliminary investigation phase and his actual responsibility will be examined during the subsequent trial".
