Sexual harassment and threats to the police, the accused does not appear in the courtroom in Sassari

Harassment, insult and resistance to public officials. There is a long list of charges against Sassari against a 34-year-old from the Ivory Coast who, in recent days, addressed two women, employees of McDonald'S in Predda Niedda, with scurrilous phrases and heavy sexual appreciation, in that moment at work in the McDrive facility.

Upon arrival of the state police, the man then also targeted the police officers attacking them with the words "I'll shoot you" and uttering other threats.

The non-EU citizen, defended ex officio by the lawyer Simone Spano, was tried by the judge but, at the first hearing, chaired by Claudia Sechi, he did not appear for the summons of the court of Sassari.
