Elini, new post office attack: bandits on the run

A robbery occurred this afternoon at the Elini post office. According to reports, the bandits targeted the Italian Post Office.
This is the second robbery in just 57 days: the previous attempt on September 5th failed. It's still unclear whether the robbery was successful and whether the criminals managed to steal any money. Carabinieri and police are on site to investigate. The office has been placed on lockdown.
Video surveillance footage is currently being reviewed. The bandits have disappeared without a trace.
