San Gavino, the occupation of the Foundry continues. Today the bishop celebrates mass in the establishment

The mobilization of the workers of Portovesme srl and of the San Gavino Monreale foundry continues to defend jobs.

In San Gavino the workers are still in "permanent assembly" in the factory , where mass will be celebrated this morning with the bishop . Even the diocese of Ales, in fact, like the municipal administration, sympathizes with the battle of the workers, who, in their own words, are experiencing "dramatic moments" .

On the other hand, the workers' meeting of Portovesme srl is scheduled for Monday morning in Portoscuso, where in the past few hours some workers have symbolically chained themselves to the turnstiles. A discussion to decide which "actions to fight" to undertake to keep alive the attention on the dispute which so far has not found outlets favorable to the resumption of production.
