A tragic, fatal accident occurred today in Cagliari at the San Bartolomeo roundabout. For reasons currently under investigation, a car and a motorcycle collided around 12:30 p.m. The motorcyclist was the worst injured, dying in the hospital shortly after 5 p.m.

The motorcyclist was 69 years old . Local police officers and emergency medical services responded to the scene, transporting the victim to the hospital, where he died that afternoon.
