Quartu, waste abandoned in via Iglesias next to the recycling bins

Every Monday the usual story: in the morning the residents of the area of Funtana e' Ortus, the historical center of Quartu, find in front of their houses and near the recycling bins a series of black garbage bags abandoned during the night by who knows who.

It has been happening for about a year, there have been several reports to the local police and to De Vizia.

Even this morning someone planted the usual undifferentiated black bustons in various parts of Via Iglesias.

Another bad calling card for this corner of the metropolitan city.
