The desperation of the workers of Portovesme srl has landed in Cagliari with a picket in front of the Regional Council.
There are 1200 people who risk losing their jobs if Glencore's decision to stop the "zinc line" is confirmed.
"There is a risk of social drama in Sulcis but also in Medio Campidano", is the alarm raised by the unions.
A delegation was then received by the group leaders in view of the meeting next Tuesday at the Ministry, in which it is expected that politics will be able to make the multinational backtrack on its choice.
