He had said it and reiterated it several times: "Everything happened outside the club, we have nothing to do with it". But the words of Mohamed Serour, owner of Marinella al Poetto di Quartu , were not enough and the Police Headquarters had ordered the closure of the place for twenty days following a violent beating against a 48-year-old. Serour had then appealed to the Tar and today the administrative court partially reduced the decision by bringing the closing days from 20 to 15 . Thus the place will be able to reopen on December 30th in time for the night of the end of the year.

"All the staff of La Marinella apologizes to its customers for the inconvenience caused during the holiday season - says Serour - to our great regret we are forced not to offer our services due to a decision imposed by the police". Having said that, he continues: «After the Tar ruling, 15 days of closure and not 20 are confirmed. Therefore, the place remains closed until December 29 even though it is not directly involved with serious economic and image damage. A decision that does not take into account the serious period of crisis and in these days 82 employees are staying at home without pay and having not had notice, even the goods have been lost. We don't understand why this measure that has never been taken for anyone has affected only us. We will continue to work always trying to offer the best. And we thank everyone for the support shown and we are waiting for them from December 30th ».
