Palmadula post office reopened today - Sassari village - closed from the end of June 2020 . A stoppage due to the partial collapse of the roof , two years ago, of the building where the post office was located together with the clinic and some rooms for associations.

An essential point of reference for the entire municipality of Nurra is thus back operational, which, in recent times, has operated either with a mobile service or, on alternate days, in other villages. “The Sassari municipal administration - declares the councilor Enrico Sini of the Sassari è group - immediately worked to carry out the works. However, we would have expected something more from the Italian post office ”.

In fact, the relations with the institution by the Municipality were rather tense, which demanded the payment of the unpaid rents, finally settling on the sum of ten thousand euros. Thirty thousand euros instead spent for the safety of the building: "A small excerpt from the figure - explains Sini, the only representative in the municipal council of Nurra - obtained from the metropolitan network to anticipate the construction of the work".
