They came home and surprised a man who was robbing their apartment . Discovered, the thief tried to escape, but - chased first by the owners and then, after the alarm, by the police - he was eventually arrested .

It happened in Nuoro and a 50-year-old from Siniscola , already known to the police, ended up in trouble.

On him were found rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces , stolen goods looted inside the house targeted.

The judge, in the following hearing, validated the arrest, ordering the transfer to prison.

The agents are now investigating to ascertain whether the 50-year-old may also be responsible for other "blows" scored in recent months in the Nuorese area.
