"Everything is fine at home, except that my brother is dead." This is the chilling response given to the neighbor by one of the three brothers of Franco Pilo, 78, found dead this afternoon in via Viziliu 35 in Sassari.

The man was lying in his room, inside the house he shared with three others. There was a lot of blood at the scene and several abrasions on the body, which the State Police agents are investigating to discover the causes of death. To understand if it was due to a violent death or instead is compatible with a fall.

Pilo had certainly been dead for several hours: the coroner Francesco Serra was appointed to discover the exact date and time.
