Muravera, record table in via Roma for "Su Cumbidu" of August 15th

A table as long as via Roma di Muravera welcomed over a thousand tourists.

This was "Su Cumbidu de mesu austu" (August 15th), the special event that the village wanted to dedicate to its guests last night by offering them, in fact, a dinner in the main street with typical local specialities.

The Muraveresi themselves set up the table, both as associations and as simple citizens. Everyone did their utmost to welcome friends, relatives and above all tourists who perhaps were in Muravera for the first time.

The event – conceived for the first time five years ago by Carlo Deidda from Muravera (also the protagonist yesterday with a super table) – was organized by the Pro Loco Muravera in collaboration with the Municipality.
