The Court of Review of Cagliari has reserved the right to decide on the application for annulment of the seizure of mobile phones and other computer material carried out by the Prosecutor against the governor Christian Solinas, under investigation for corruption in two lines of investigation : one for the sale (for the investigators increased tenfold) of one of his properties in Capoterra in exchange for alleged favors and contracts to the entrepreneur Roberto Zedda, in the other - together with his consultant Christian Stevelli and the general director of the Office of the program management authority operating Eni CBD, Mediterranean basin, Roberto Raimondi - for an alleged corrective agreement linked to an appointment of the latter in exchange for teaching and the promise of an honorary degree to the governor.

This morning, Solinas' lawyers - Salvatore Casula and Roberto Nati - had a discussion before the panel presided over by judge Giampiero Sanna, asking that the seizure be annulled . A long discussion of almost an hour - carried out behind closed doors with a rigorous council chamber - which ended with the Court of Review which reserved the right to decide : the decision will arrive within 10 days.

In the meantime, by tomorrow Solinas' and Zedda's lawyers will also formalize the probate request to the investigating magistrate, asking that an expert be appointed to select from the mobile phone memories which material is inherent in the investigation and which is to be destroyed.
