Methadone, marijuana, cocaine and hashish: 55-year-old arrested in Sinnai

Found in possession of various types of drugs, a 55-year-old from Sinnai was arrested for detention for drug dealing.

The man, who is also a recipient of the citizen's income , was stopped on the street last night by the carabinieri as part of a normal service. After the personal check, a house search was carried out during which 4.28 grams of marijuana, 1.82 grams of cocaine, 0.35 grams of hashish, three hundred bottles of methadone hydrochloride of 20 mg each and 2,195 euros in cash in small denomination banknotes, probable proceeds from drug dealing.

The 55-year-old, placed under house arrest, will face the validation hearing today at the Cagliari court.
