A missing diary, in which Manuela Murgia, the 16-year-old found dead on the slopes of the Tuvixeddu canyon on February 4, 1995, apparently wrote down everything.
The Murgias' lawyers, Giulia Lai and Bachisio Mele, are raising the issue of the diary and documents that were reportedly missing from the case, reopened for the third time under suspicion of murder.
The family, through their lawyers, claims that the diary was seized by investigators and never returned.
But that document, which at least in theory could be valuable, is not remembered by either the investigators currently working to discover whether the young woman died from homicide, or those who worked on it thirty years ago.
