The yellow weather alert for some areas of Sardinia will last until early afternoon today.

In the last few hours the island, in particular the Oristano area, has found itself dealing with landslides, mudslides, structural failures of roads and bridges, and collapsed trees.

Yesterday afternoon there was a subsidence of over 50 centimeters of the road surface on Provincial Road 71, on the border of the territories of Busachi and Samugheo . Traffic was closed.

In Bosa the Temo is starting to be scary and the level of the Monte Crispu dam has exceeded the minimum threshold after the heavy rains that have fallen in the last two days have swelled the river level.

There are also problems from Cuglieri to Seneghe , especially along the roads: yesterday morning on the provincial road between Santu Lussurgiu and Bonarcado a landslide was reported: some boulders and debris fell from the rock face; A dry stone wall also collapsed under the heavy rainfall.

Other landslides occurred on State Road 292, near the seaside village of Santa Caterina , where mud and stones ended up on the road.

In Seneghe, a part of the Perdabba road, which leads to the mountain up to the Funtanas area, collapsed.
