Irregular tachograph discovered on a truck along the 131 DCN

The traffic police of Nuoro, branch of Siniscola, discovered the presence of a chronotachograph without the assembly seals on a truck . The discovery was made during a check on Statale 131 DCN, in Budoni.

The driver's license was withdrawn and fines of 1,732 euros were proposed .

After the first check , the truck was checked thoroughly in an authorized workshop and technical checks are underway to identify any other responsibilities borne by the owner of the vehicle.

Last year, more than 30 drivers were sanctioned by the Nuoro Traffic Police Section and its Detachments for the same infraction , an element that demonstrates the considerable diffusion of this type of violation, especially among vehicles coming from port areas.
