Receipt of stolen goods, possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing and illegal possession of clandestine weapons.

These are the charges for which, for various reasons, four men arrested by the Oristano State Police will have to answer in five different operations conducted in the last few days.

In detail, the investigators of the second section of the Flying Squad arrested a 55-year-old man, resident in the province of Oristano, found in possession of about half a kilo of marijuana.

The investigations also revealed that he had been mistreating his wife and children for some time. For this reason, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, the investigating judge of the Court of Oristano also issued against him the precautionary measure of removal from the family home with a ban on approaching his wife.

The investigators of the fourth section of the Flying Squad instead arrested a young resident of Ollastra Simaxis in flagrante delicto, found in possession of over three and a half kilos of marijuana as well as everything necessary for its packaging in doses.

After the hearing to validate the arrest, the young man was subjected to the precautionary measure of the obligation to stay in the municipality of residence with permanence in his home in the evening and at night.

Also in trouble was a twenty-year-old from Siamanna, who hid in the house, in the bedroom, two fully functional pistols , one of which with abraded serial number, and fifty bullets, all illegally detained. Weapons and bullets were hidden inside two boots.

The young man, who did not want to give explanations regarding the origin of the weapons, was arrested and, on the order of the Public Prosecutor's Office, taken to the local prison in Massama.

Finally , a fourth man, already known to the police for drug crimes , was arrested and subjected to the precautionary measure of house arrest as, violating the measure of the obligation to stay in the Municipality of Oristano , he was noticed and stopped by Mobile agents outside the municipal area and for this reason it was reported to the judicial authority.
