Annamaria Tomasella, general director of Ares (the regional health company) has resigned from her position. "I'm leaving because I had another job offer, which allows me to return to Veneto, my homeland, and it's an important role, again in the healthcare sector."

Tomasella had been at the helm of Ares since January 1, 2022, and will remain for another two months before finally packing his bags. She had been appointed by president Christian Solinas, in recent days she informed the new governor Alessandra Todde of her decision and met with all the company's managers to announce her exit.

A decision – he assures – «which is absolutely not linked to the moment, to the change of government on the island».

The balance of these years is "more than positive", he says, "it was a wonderful experience, I worked hard, I built a sufficiently solid company, with excellent professionals, capable of continuing along a still long road". Tomasella adds: «I'm leaving with a bit of regret, because I fell in love with Sardinia, but I'm returning home, where I have a family waiting for me».
