The owner of a minimarket in the Marina district, in Cagliari , was denounced by the State Police for having administered alcoholic beverages to a group of minors.

The discovery in the context of a wider activity of controls that have been in place for some time by the Cagliari Police Headquarters and aimed at combating malamovida and the sale of alcohol to very young people.

As reconstructed by the agents, the man reported was not new to similar conduct just recently he had been challenged with similar sanctions.

The report to the judicial authority was forwarded precisely because of the recidivism .

The sale to the very young, on average 14 years of age , took place, among other things, without the issue of tax receipts and further evaluations are underway on this.

The report was also forwarded to the Mayor's office for any measures also in relation to the market license.
