Freedom without borders ”, a motto perfectly represented in the return to the streets of a large unitary demonstration that leaves behind two years of forced stop by the pandemic.

This year Sardinia Pride , while keeping its profound meaning of liberation and pride unchanged, has broadened its base of claims: not only the pride of gays, lesbians and trans, a moment of real liberation of all subjectivities " oppressed by the macho heteropatriarchal and normative culture ".

The mega procession therefore returns to Sassari after the stop due to Covid: buses from all over the island to the city, thousands of people flooded the center with colors and smiles, for the " right to have rights ", for the liberation of bodies, feelings and relationships, for the right of everyone to self-determination on their own body and in life choices.

The procession, accompanied by music from five floats, is also an opportunity to celebrate all together the first 30 years of life of the Sardinian homosexual movement .

He concentrated in Piazza Università : from there around 18 he began to parade towards Corso Vico in the direction of Porta Sant'Antonio and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, where there was the first of two deferred departures designed together with the disability movement, to facilitate the partecipation.
