These are the only words spoken before the investigating judge of Cagliari Michele Contini by the former regional councilor for Agriculture Gabriella Murgia .
In the guarantee interrogation in the Uta prison in which she has been imprisoned for two days, Murgia made use of the right not to answer .
The former member of the Solinas Council, arrested together with 30 other people as part of the DDA investigation for mafia-style criminal association, is assisted by the lawyer Enrico Meloni .
According to the investigators, she would have had a role as a "promoter" within the organization and in the ordinance papers there is mention of "stable and long-lasting" relationships with subjects "notoriously linked to the Sardinian criminal world" .
«My client availed herself of the right not to respond, but first I explained to the judge that this derives from the fact that we did not have the documents and we have very little knowledge of the accusations », explained Murgia's lawyer. “We are very calm,” he added.
