Lawyer Gianfranco Piscitelli, legal representative of Andrea, brother of the victim of the femicide of San Sperate, is accustomed to using social media. And it is from here that he calls for the heaviest punishment for the forty-three-year-old who confessed to killing and hiding his wife's body.

The crime dates back to last May 10, the arrest in early July: Sollai had always denied his involvement. But the investigations conducted by the prosecutor Marco Cocco have collected a huge amount of evidence against him.

The forty-three-year-old had used the credit card to buy plants with which he had tried to hide the body , found among the bushes near the State Road 125, a few steps from the Roman bridge of San Vito. And he was also recognized as the buyer, in a Chinese shop, of the bag used to hide the woman's remains. Then the traces of blood in the house, the online searches: everything led to him. Who finally broke down and from the prison of Uta last night said: "Yes, it was me".

"I had been waiting for confirmation since the morning," Piscitelli commented hotly, " I expected it after the "obvious" decision of the Court of Cassation on the request for release from prison, which was rejected."

For the lawyer, Sollai «may have freed himself of a burden or it is a last desperate attempt to mitigate a certain sentence. But certainly in my position nothing changes: no one will be able to give us back the sweet Francesca but now it is right to give her justice. Maximum sentence for her murderer».
