Nicola Ibba, the 38-year-old driving the car which crashed on the 387 on the night between Saturday and Sunday, has turned himself in to the Carabinieri in Dolianova , causing the death of Daniele Picciau, 32, who was traveling in the front passenger seat. (THE NEWS HERE)

After the accident, Ibba disappeared into thin air, losing his traces and becoming untraceable. The man, who was driving without a license (having never obtained one) , was not at his home and had never gone to hospital.

A day later he showed up at the barracks, accompanied by his lawyer, Antonella Saba: now he will be reported for vehicular homicide.
