Sardinian parliamentarian Silvio Lai together with his colleague Federico Gianassi deposited a question to the Minister of Justice this morning on the story of the prisoner who escaped from Badu 'e Carros prison ( HERE THE STORY ).

An episode that the deputy describes in this way: « An escape in broad daylight, close to the houses, descending with the sheets and with the surveillance cameras filming the action. It is not the scene of a film by an imaginative director but what really happened on February 24 in the prison of Nuoro when the escape of Marco Raduano, a member of the united sacra corona , definitively convicted and detained under high security ».

" A serious fact in terms of methods, circumstances and type of prisoner - adds Lai - which once again attests to the fragility, due to the lack of staff and security, of Italian prisons" .

Minister Nordio is asked, among other things, "if he was aware that that prison already presented multiple critical issues as attested by the Antigone 2021 report and why nothing has been done".

And also "to know all the initiatives taken, even of an extraordinary nature, to guarantee the safety of the populations and commercial activities of the areas surrounding the escape and to find out if a supplementary investigation is underway to evaluate any elements of complicity that guaranteed the escape of the mafia".
