The agents of the local police of Cagliari saw him driving a scooter go with the red and skid several times: a fifty-year-old was stopped by a patrol of motorcyclists of the municipal emergency unit for checks.

The test with the breathalyser revealed a level of alcohol in the body that was four times higher than the norm. In addition, the driver had his license revoked. As if that were not enough, the scooter did not have an inspection and the insurance had expired.

The moped was confiscated and the 50-year-old was reported for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license.
