Double homicide on Via Ghibli: The prosecutor in court: "This is why the son is guilty."
The prosecution's closing argument is underway: Claudio Gulisano allegedly killed his parents due to financial problems.

The closing speech by prosecutor Rosanna Allieri began this morning before the Cagliari Assize Court in the trial of Claudio Gulisano , the 44-year-old accused of killing his parents Luigi Gulisano and Marisa Dessì , aged 79 and 82, who were found dead in December 2024 in their home on Via Ghibli.
According to the prosecution, the double homicide was linked to the defendant's financial difficulties , and he is also accused of stealing approximately €20,000 from his parents' accounts. Gulisano has always denied the charges, maintaining his innocence.
Shortly after 9:00 a.m., prosecutor Allieri began speaking, reconstructing how the couple's deaths were initially ruled natural or a result of mushroom poisoning. The couple's youngest son faces a life sentence.
