Dorgali, illness on the Gorropu path: the air ambulance arrives

Health personnel mobilized for rescue on the Gorropu path, on the Dorgali side.

Around 3.30pm today, a hiker, perhaps also due to the high temperatures, felt ill and, due to the difficult conditions of the area, it was necessary to call in the Areus helicopter , which took off from Alghero.

The hiker was transported, under yellow code, to the San Francesco hospital in Nuoro. Here the health personnel carried out all the necessary investigations.
