In the city, there are increasing reports of citizens receiving strange messages asking them to contact the "ASI offices" at 8959009060 regarding alleged personal communications.

This is a scam, as clarified by the management of the Cagliari Local Health Authority, which took a stand with an official statement : "The communications being broadcast do not originate from our offices. We urge the public not to answer or dial that number, as this is an attempted scam against citizens."

Health authorities urge everyone to exercise extreme caution and report any suspicious cases to law enforcement. Once again, scammers are exploiting the name of institutions to gain public trust, aiming to make illicit profits.
