Meanwhile, regarding the possible transfer of other 41-bis prisoners to Sardinia, Governor Alessandra Todde announced that she had already written to Minister Nordio on June 18th to express her concerns. However, Todde explained, "there has been no response from the Minister of Justice. No opportunity for discussion. But Sardinia," the regional president concluded, "cannot and must not be treated as a laboratory for dangerous experiments ."
