Investigations continue into the tragic death of Daniele Ulver, the 15-month-old child overwhelmed and killed by a scooter in via Cadello in Cagliari.

From what we learn, the blood tests and the first tests on the use of drugs carried out on the 37-year-old who was driving the vehicle gave negative results. But the outcome of all toxicological tests is now awaited at the Prosecutor's Office.

The investigations also revealed that the man could not have driven the large displacement Honda 750 scooter with which he ran over the stroller with the small vehicle owned by a friend, because his license had been revoked in 2017 due to a problem with Justice.

After the fatal clash, the 37-year-old fled and returned to the San Michele neighborhood where he lives. Here, according to what he filters, he would also have thought of ending it, but his lawyer, Riccardo Floris, prevented him from carrying out the extreme gesture, convincing him instead to turn himself in to the traffic police.

The 37-year-old told his lawyer that he had not seen the stroller, but only the silhouette of the woman, as it was dazzled by the sun.

In the meantime, the investigators seized the vehicle and the images of the cameras in via Cadello were also acquired, which would have immortalized the dramatic moments of the tragedy.
