Calasetta, car destroyed by flames

A car was destroyed in a fire that broke out this afternoon in the locality of Le Piane in Calasetta, on the island of Sant'Antioco .

The BMW, parked close to the fence of a house, went on fire for reasons to be ascertained and only the timely intervention of the Fire Brigade of the Carbonia detachment, the Sant'Antioco forestry department and the Assosulcis civil protection prevented the flames spread.

Also reached a tree under which the car was parked and some surrounding plants.
