Cagliari, two people on scooters (and without helmets) speed down the main road

Two, on an electric scooter, on the 195 Racc, the road that connects the State Road 130 to the Sulcitana, just outside Cagliari.

Lack of alternative means or recklessness? It's impossible to answer at this time. What's certain is that the behavior of two individuals this morning puts their safety and that of the motorists who had to avoid them at risk. It's also a violation of the Highway Code.

In addition to their lack of helmets, it's worth noting that shortly after they were captured on video, they should have had the opportunity to leave the four-lane highway and at least move onto a city street. Instead, they continued on, disregarding the danger.
