End of the story. From May 1, the Camù consortium will no longer manage the Exmà in via San Lucifero, in Cagliari : the institution no longer has the requisites to continue to control the art and culture center in which it worked since 2015.

The Municipality has decided to terminate the project financing contract: Camù would have had to pay an annual fee of 12,000 euros. But according to administration documents, only one installment has been paid in recent years.

At the end of December 2022, the manager of the Entertainment service, Marco Zedda, had proceeded to collect the surety, approximately 10,800 euros. An act that had paved the way for the termination of the contract. In the meantime, the consortium and the municipality have not found a meeting point. And now the final decision has arrived.

The determination reads that "in the final settlement of the service of the terminated contract, the burden on the defaulting contractor will be determined for the greater expense that the administration will have to bear to entrust maintenance work to another company, without prejudice to further possible greater damages deriving from the non-fulfilment". So the story is far from closed.
