Mysterious intrusion into the offices of the Court of Appeal of Cagliari , ended yesterday morning at the center of a real mystery that required the intervention of investigators from the Flying Squad, the Scientific Police and the Postal Police. The rooms that house the Central Electoral Office , on the second floor of the old wing of the Palace of Justice, were apparently violated by someone: it is impossible to understand at the moment how the metal detector controls were bypassed and whether anything was taken, but the suspicion is that the intrusion could be linked to the attempt to access the internal computer network of the judicial system.
Apparently, but at the moment the news has not been confirmed, one of the rooms that normally house the Central Electoral Office of the Court of Appeal, the archive, the Secretariat that deals with the Bar exams and the Training Office was found in disarray (if not in total disarray) . Those who had left on Thursday evening, therefore, suspected yesterday morning that someone had come in to rummage around, thus raising the alarm with the President of the Court.
On site the Flying Squad, Scientific Police and Postal Police. The fingerprints of various employees were taken, there were also interrogations and the PCs and the computer network were inspected to understand if there were attempts to violate the system.
No hypothesis is excluded, also because it is not clear what documents the intruders were looking for . The Court of Appeal is in fact undergoing renovation work, it is not excluded that documents from other sections were also deposited in the Central Electoral Office .
