Cagliari, expired meat and fish in mobile truck-cafes: goods and refrigerators seized

The offensive by the forces of order continues against the irregularities of the itinerant truck-bars, known in Cagliari as "caddazzoni".

As part of the checks on compliance with the concessions and health and hygiene standards, inspections were carried out in recent days by the Nas carabinieri, in collaboration with the local police officers of the capital.

At the end of some checks, the military proceeded to seize 25 kilos of frozen and expired beef, stored in rooms that were not suitable from a hygienic-sanitary point of view.

In a subsequent inspection, in another activity, the seizure of 77 kilos of meat and fish, always frozen, from three technically unsuitable fridge-freezers was triggered .

The total value of the food and materials seized amounts to around 10,000 euros.
