He would have gone into a rage after intervening in defense of a friend who had been sanctioned by local police officers because she was found in via Riva Villasanta, in Cagliari , with the car without insurance and without a driving license (because it was never obtained).

Massimo Puggioni, a 56-year-old from Cagliari, was arrested yesterday morning on charges of resisting and threatening a public official, but he will also have to answer for interruption of public service, outrage and refusal to give his personal details.

Yesterday morning the man appeared before the judge of the Court, Gianluigi Dettori, who validated the arrest ordered by the prosecutor Gilberto Ganassi (replaced in the courtroom by the prosecutor Elena Succu). After the hearing, the 56-year-old, assisted by lawyers Antonio Curcu and Daniela Lati, was released. The trial by express was thus postponed.
