The thefts had been going on for some time and last night a blitz by the nautical team of the Oristano police headquarters allowed two young people to be surprised with the loot: 110 kilos of mussels stolen from the drainage canal from a farm .
Alessio Pili, 45, and Marco Trazti, 35, both from Cabras , were stopped by the police. While two others managed to escape on board a motorboat . This morning the two (defended by the lawyer Cristina Puddu) appeared in Court in Oristano for the immediate trial.
