The young man suspected of stabbing a twenty-one-year-old last night in Sennori, during the brawl that broke out at the feast of San Giovanni , was arrested in flagrante delicto and is now facing charges of attempted murder. The carabinieri of Porto Torres carried out the measure, together with the military of Sennori, Sorso, Palmadula and Stintino.

The Carabinieri intervened immediately once the fight broke out on the sidelines of the Patronal Festival of San Giovanni and immobilized those present. Several had visible cut wounds that required the assistance of numerous ambulances. Following the investigations it was discovered that one of the boys had struck a twenty-one year old with several stabs, with the latter who is now hospitalized in Sassari with a reserved prognosis . Four others are still at the Santissima Annunziata, also taken by 118 with a red code.

The suspect in the attempted murder will be taken, once the formal procedures have been completed, to the Bancali prison . The mayor of Sennori, Nicola Sassu, has cancelled the celebrations .
