Beniamino Zuncheddu in the courtroom in Rome as a free man: key hearing of the trial
The review process of the life sentence for the pastor of Burcei, who has already served over 30 years for the Sinnai massacre, is underway
Beniamino Zuncheddu is in Rome as a free man at the hearing of the review process which began at 2.30 pm in front of the Capital's Court of Appeal.
Key hearing, with the confrontation between the survivor of the Sinnai massacre of 8 January 1991 (three dead) and the former policeman Mario Uda.
The survivor, Luigi Pinna, recanted at the last hearing, saying that he had not seen the killer's face: he had indicated Beniamino Zuncheddu at the suggestion of Uda, who instead also denied the circumstance at the Rome trial.
