Badu 'e Carros, racketeer punches an officer on duty

First the pushes , then the punch in the face of a prison police officer .

It happened in Nuoro , in the Badu 'e Carros prison, where a prisoner belonging to organized crime with a Camorra background , invited by the service personnel to return to his cell, resisted and attacked the agent on duty .

This was announced by the secretary general of the UIL Pa Penitentiary Police of Sardinia Michele Cireddu who underlines how "the intervention of the other prison policemen was immediate, together with the Commander". The aggressor was arrested and referred to the Judicial Authority for resistance and violence against the Public Official . "There lack of personnel - continues Carrus -, together with the cry for help for the difficult and stressful conditions of service of the policemen of "Badu è Carros" will never be an alibi because legality is not the indispensable condition on which to affirm, day by day, the supremacy of the state over the mafia and all forms of crime. All levels of the UIL deserve solidarity and closeness to the Agent attacked and to the staff who promptly intervened, avoiding even more serious consequences".
