The man, well known in the Caserta area, will have to serve one year and ten months in prison for an episode that occurred in Porto Cervo in 2012. The Carabinieri executed the arrest warrant issued by the Court of Appeal of Sassari.
According to the investigations and the documents of the trial held in Tempio , on the night between 3 and 4 October 2012 the defendant entered the room of a housekeeper in his villa in Pantogia and tried to abuse the woman.

She was subsequently followed and supported by volunteers from the Prospettiva Donna association in Olbia. In court, the victim was represented by the lawyer Ivano Iai.
