He wanted to protect a girl he believed was in danger. So, over a year ago in Sassari, he went straight to the other man's house with a 34-cm-long knife.

When he reached the alleged attacker's door, he damaged it with the weapon, kicking it and repeatedly hitting it with his helmet. In the midst of all this, he also accused the other man of being a predator, because that, though wrong, was his belief.

In addition, death threats were made against her and the young woman was ordered to leave the house. However, she had no problem with the accusations, as nothing had happened inside the house. At that point, the 52-year-old from Sassari was charged, and he was brought to trial on charges of threats, criminal damage, and possession of a weapon.

The trial, which saw the defendant defended by Claudio Mastandrea, concluded a few days ago. Judge Silvia Masala sentenced the man to six months.
