The validation hearing for Alessio Tonzanu, the 19-year-old accused of the attempted murder of a 17-year-old who was stabbed Sunday night in Sassari, will be held tomorrow morning at 11:30 a.m.
The young man, represented by lawyer Gianluigi Poddighe , will testify before investigating judge Giuseppe Grotteria via live link from Bancali prison.
The case is being handled by Deputy Prosecutor Giovanni Dore. At this time, the cell phones of the attacker and victim have not been seized.
