"Look, I prefer not to make any statements during the trial, also out of respect for the judge. However, I confirm that this affair has deeply saddened me."

Gianluca Vacchi said these words in the late afternoon, as he left the Tempio courthouse. Mr. Enjoy left the courthouse in the Gallura town after a lengthy testimony in the trial against him for alleged mismanagement of his assets.

Pietro Oliva, a businessman from San Pantaleo (Olbia), who served as Vacchi's go-to man for over ten years, is under investigation . Oliva, represented by lawyers Domenico Putzolu and Maria Caterina Pisano, is charged with embezzlement of over one million euros .

Vacchi confirmed the content of his complaint in court today. The Bolognese entrepreneur, influencer, and DJ said he had given Oliva full authority to assist him in managing his daily duties (managing his homes in Italy and the United States, travel, purchasing consumer goods, and organizing activities and leisure activities, particularly during the summer months).

Oliva could use Vacchi's bank account for expenses (via credit cards). Mr. Enjoy said: "This is the issue: why did you make transfers to your accounts?" Essentially, the entrepreneur clearly implied he felt "betrayed" by the conduct of someone he had trusted.

Gianluca Vacchi, assisted by attorney Gino Bottiglioni, answered questions from prosecutor Gianmarco Vargiu, judge Tommaso Andorlini, and Oliva's defense attorneys, Domenico Putzolu and Maria Caterina Pisano. Putzolu asked Vacchi to justify his repeated cash withdrawals from his accounts, which Oliva then handed over to him . The trial will resume in March.
