Serious indications of guilt and a real danger of escape: the investigating judge of the Tempio Pausania court, Marcella Pinna, today validated with these reasons the precautionary measure in prison for the two homeless Tunisian citizens, Dkhili Mohamedymen, aged 31, and Khemissi Amine, 26, accused of gang sexual violence against a 19-year-old girl.

The two were stopped last November 7 by the Arzachena police, after the young woman had filed a complaint. They had been identified thanks to the photographs.

The facts date back to the evening of October 21st, when the girl, who was in the company of a friend in via Aldo Moro, in the historic center of Arzachena, was allegedly approached by a group of North Africans.

According to the victim's story, Khemissi Amine threatened his friend by telling him: "If you move I will kill you." Meanwhile, Dkhili Mohamedymen allegedly grabbed her from behind, yanking her by the waistband of her jeans and undressing himself. The girl managed to free herself and escape, knocking the attacker to the ground.

The two therefore remain locked up in the Bancali prison in Sassari, as requested by the deputy prosecutor Alessandro Bosco. The judge in fact considered the indications of guilt collected by the men of the Force to be serious and assessed the possibility that the two Tunisians, who entered Italy irregularly through Austria and passing through Hungary, without documents, could escape and lose their tracks. Dkhili and Khemissi are defended respectively by the lawyers Mauro Muzzu and Giuseppe Corda, while the young woman is assisted by the lawyer Daniela Peru and her friend by the lawyer Antonello Desini.
